VO2 Max: 5.00 miles, 00:08:56 average pace, 00:44:40 duration
was suppose to be a VO2Max workout⦠9:50 warm up and cool down for 10 minutes a piece, then 5 times :20 on and 11:30 off, actually didnāt feel too rough but that may have been a different story if i was not on the treadmill.
