Hah 🤣 @dfaria@twtxt.net Your @dfaria.eu@dfaria.eu feed really does consume about >50% of a “Discover” search with filters “Without replies” and “Hide my posts”. 🤣
36/2 = 18
at 25 Twts per page, that’s about ~72% of the search/view real estate you’re taking up! wow 🤩 – I’d be very interested to hear what ideas you have to improve this? Those search filters were created so you could sift through either your own Timeline or the Discover view easily.

started running again… pretty much said fuck it and tested what would happen with a little speed. no pain. not even afterwards. i don’t know.

Pinellas County - Long Run: 8.07 miles, 00:10:41 average pace, 01:26:18 duration
at about mile 3 i switched to 4’ on 1’ off. this was because my left knee started to act up. kept this up pretty well until a weird sharp pain at about 7.5 miles. walked it off a bit and tried again but called it when things did not feel right.

St Petersburg Distance Classic Marathon: 26.41 miles, 00:11:23 average pace, 05:00:39 duration
first marathon down. everything that could go wrong did. honestly i am just proud i did not quit. now i have to look at the run and figure out what i can tweak or add to my training. had a cramp start in my right quad at around mile 15. then around mile 18 both of my calves started to feel odd as if someone was lightly strumming my tendons. then they seized! this continued for the remainder of the marathon where i would walk then try to run and then stop when i had to. then during the entirety of the pace my nose would not stop dripping making it difficult to breathe. ha! also my shorts almost came down twice and i had to re-tie them while carrying my handheld water in my teeth. seriously, so many things i did not expect and had not happened in any previous runs.
really happy to be able to eat spicy food and have some alcoholic beverages again though!

did not think i would complete 10 reps but went pretty well once i was moving. kept it controlled for the most part and ground it out.

SPRF 10km: 6.26 miles, 00:08:31 average pace, 00:53:18 duration
brutally hot and humid. body was fine for the most part but it definitely had my HR high. saw ray on the course pacing someone and talked to him for a bit which was a nice break. i felt good about the run even though it was exhausting. took me quite a while to cool down afterwards.

mmm, enjoyed it. at 0100 this morning i woke up to my right calf seizing (not sure if that is the right term). when i finally got up at 0500-ish to prep for the run it was still tight (still is hours later) but stretching helped out a bunch. do not think it affected the run really though. that or i just did not care because i was enjoying the low humidity too much.

An official FBI document dated January 2021, obtained by the American association “Property of People” through the Freedom of Information Act.
This document summarizes the possibilities for legal access to data from nine instant messaging services: iMessage, Line, Signal, Telegram, Threema, Viber, WeChat, WhatsApp and Wickr. For each software, different judicial methods are explored, such as subpoena, search warrant, active collection of communications metadata (“Pen Register”) or connection data retention law (“18 USC§2703”). Here, in essence, is the information the FBI says it can retrieve:
Apple iMessage: basic subscriber data; in the case of an iPhone user, investigators may be able to get their hands on message content if the user uses iCloud to synchronize iMessage messages or to back up data on their phone.
Line: account data (image, username, e-mail address, phone number, Line ID, creation date, usage data, etc.); if the user has not activated end-to-end encryption, investigators can retrieve the texts of exchanges over a seven-day period, but not other data (audio, video, images, location).
Signal: date and time of account creation and date of last connection.
Telegram: IP address and phone number for investigations into confirmed terrorists, otherwise nothing.
Threema: cryptographic fingerprint of phone number and e-mail address, push service tokens if used, public key, account creation date, last connection date.
Viber: account data and IP address used to create the account; investigators can also access message history (date, time, source, destination).
WeChat: basic data such as name, phone number, e-mail and IP address, but only for non-Chinese users.
WhatsApp: the targeted person’s basic data, address book and contacts who have the targeted person in their address book; it is possible to collect message metadata in real time (“Pen Register”); message content can be retrieved via iCloud backups.
Wickr: Date and time of account creation, types of terminal on which the application is installed, date of last connection, number of messages exchanged, external identifiers associated with the account (e-mail addresses, telephone numbers), avatar image, data linked to adding or deleting.
TL;DR Signal is the messaging system that provides the least information to investigators.
