I went on a 5:30 hours long hike to my second backyard mountain. About 12km to get there and roughly 9km on the way back. It was super nice, sunny all day long, 12°C and luckily just a little bit of wind. Great scenery. I managed to capture one great spotted woodpecker hammering along. There was also a kestrel hovering over a meadow and then landing on a sports field light pole. At the castle ruin I could watch 10-12 gliding red kites (with the V-shaped tail) and other raptors, maybe bussards, I don’t know, for about five minutes. That was fascinating. Unfortunately, my camera doesn’t too well with moving targets.

hop, entraînement terminé, j’ai fait le plein d’énergie avant d’aller donner un sang de qualitté ^^ #EFS #dondusang. Le niveau 7 de la méthode #lafay est par contre trop longue, je n’ai pas assez de temps pour faire ça bien. Tant pis dans ce cas, retour à la n°6 et j’y ajouterai 1 exercice jusqu’à épuisement tiré au sort. Ou alors je ressort le #TRX, il faut qu eje trouve où l’accrocher. #sport #training

If a completely context-free self-tracking app exists, I am not aware of it. Every tracking app seems to apply only to a certain narrow topic - often sport or food. And then all the apps send the data to a central server, which makes me uncomfortable. A Syntax for Self-Tracking
